How NaviSoul handles
your information

Saved on your device

Your profile, activity progress, journal and reflections are stored in your browser or app storage. They do not automatically sync across devices. Clearing that storage may remove them.

When you use the AI guide

Your messages and relevant personal context are sent through the NaviSoul server to the configured AI provider, OpenAI or Anthropic, to generate a response. Avoid sharing information you do not want processed this way.

Content and activity events

The app fetches learning content from the server and sends some activity events, such as opening or completing content. The website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

If you leave your email

We store your email address, the time you signed up and the version of the consent wording you accepted, to keep a list of people who asked for NaviSoul updates. Signing up does not create an app account or synchronize your journal. Email delivery has not been activated yet. When updates begin, each marketing email must include a way to unsubscribe. Do not submit someone else’s email address.

The publishing owner, support contact and full privacy policy are being finalized. This overview is not a substitute for the release policy and store privacy disclosures.
